
Jan Babiak
Board Member
Ms. Babiak is a former Managing Partner at Ernst & Young LLP (EY), where she held a variety of roles with the firm in the United States and the United Kingdom from 1982 to 2009. After joining the firms audit practice in 1982 specializing in the audit of information systems, she was a founder of EYs technology security and risk services practice in 1996, building and leading cyber and IT security, data analytics and technology risk practices in the Northern Europe, Middle East and India and Africa (NEMIA) region. She served as a Board Member and Managing Partner of Regulatory & Public Policy for the NEMIA region from July 2006 to July 2008, and as a founder and Global Leader of EYs Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice from July 2008 to December 2009. Ms. Babiak has served on the board of directors of Bank of Montreal since October 2012. Previously, she served on the board of directors of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, an international business-information group listed on the London Stock Exchange, from December 2017 to November 2022; as a non-executive director of Royal Mail Holdings plc from March 2013 to April 2014 as it transitioned from government ownership to a FTSE 100-listed company; Experian plc from April 2014 to January 2016; and Logica plc from January 2010 until its sale in August 2012. She is a U.S.-qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). She is also a Chartered Accountant (FCA), and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), of which she served as a Council Member from 2011 until she reached the term limit in 2019.

Ginger Graham
Board Member
Ginger Graham is WBA Board Lead Independent Director. She has served on the WBA Board since 2010, and in October 2022, was named the Boards Lead Independent Director. From November 2007 to December 2016, Ms. Graham advised numerous executives on building successful healthcare businesses as President and Chief Executive Officer of Two Trees Consulting, Inc. From 2003 to 2007, she was President and CEO of Amylin Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company focused on first-in-class medicines for people with diabetes. Prior to that, Ms. Graham was Group Chairman, Office of the President for Guidant Corporation, a global leader in cardiology medical technology, which was recognized as one of Fortunes Best Companies to Work For in America and one of IndustryWeeks 100 Best Managed Companies in the World during Ms. Grahams tenure. Ms. Graham was on faculty at Harvard Business School from 2009 to 2012 and started her career at Eli Lilly and Company.
Ms. Graham served on the board of directors of Clovis Oncology, Inc. from 2013 to 2022. From 2018 to 2020, she served on the board of directors of Genomic Health, Inc. Ms. Graham sits on the advisory board for the Kellogg Center for Executive Women and is co-chair of the Center for Womens Health Research at the University of Colorado. She has been recognized as one of PharmaVoices 100 Most Inspiring People and one of World Pharmaceuticals Top 40 Most Influential People in the industry.

Dr. Jeffrey Le Benger

Dr. Le Benger is the Interim President of VillageMD. He serves as Executive Chairman of the 厙綻勛圖 and CityMD Board of Directors and previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer for 厙綻勛圖 (previously Summit Medical Group) from 1999 to 2021. He is also an Ear, Nose, and Throat physician who specializes in head and neck oncologic surgery and is a fellow of the American Society of Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Le Benger is a recipient of the MDx Medical, Inc. Patient's Choice Award, and has been included on the Jersey Choice Top Doctors, New Jersey Family New Jersey's Favorite Kids' Docs, and the NJBiz Power 100 lists.

Steve Shulman
Board Member
Steve is the Managing Partner of Shulman Ventures. He is the former chairman and CEO of Magellan Health Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGLN), where he spearheaded the companys successful turnaround into the nations foremost specialty healthcare managed care company. He also led Prudential Healthcare through its major turnaround as the companys chairman, president and CEO, culminating in the companys successful sale to Aetna. Steve is the co-founder of Value Health, Inc., a NYSE managed care company, and also founded Internet HealthCare Group.

Alison Gilligan
Board Member
Ms. Gilligan is a senior level healthcare executive with a focus on innovation, growth and positive impact to quality outcomes. Ms. Gilligan is currently Chief Legal Officer and EVP of Strategic Solutions at Healthmap Solutions, a population health management company focused on individuals with chronic and end-stage kidney disease. In her role, Ms. Gilligan manages all legal matters, HR, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic initiatives. Prior to Healthmap, Ms. Gilligan was Chief Legal and Strategic Solutions Officer at CareCentrix where she managed all legal matters, mergers and acquisitions, provider network strategy and corporate strategy.
Ms. Gilligan has also held senior leadership positions with a large regional homecare company; L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm; and Mariner Health Group, a publicly traded company operating sub-acute care facilities and ancillary service providers nationally. Ms. Gilligan holds a law degree from George Washington National Law Center, where she was an editor on the Law Review. She received both her MBA and BA from Lehigh University.

Aron Schwartz
Board Member
Aron Schwartz is an experienced investor, a creative problem-solver, and experienced director. During the last 26 years, Mr. Schwartz has invested across a broad array of industries and strategies, including private equity, distressed, venture, private credit, and real estate. In connection with these roles, he has been a member of multiple investment committees, led deal teams, held interim executive officer positions, and been a member of the board for at least 18 portfolio companies. In addition, he has been appointed as an independent director to 20 public and private boards.
Mr. Schwartz previously was a Managing Partner and member of the investment committee at ACON Investments, a $7 billion AUM alternative asset manager. In that capacity, he was involved in the sourcing, structuring, and oversight of multiple portfolio companies as well as various fundraising, restructuring, and recruiting activities for the firm. Prior to joining ACON, Mr. Schwartz was a Managing Director at Avenue Capital Group and Fenway Partners. Mr. Schwartz also was an investment banking associate in the Financial Entrepreneurs Group at Salomon Smith Barney.
Mr. Schwartz holds a B.A., cum laude, in International Relations with a Minor in Political Science and a B.S.E., cum laude, in Finance with a Minor in Accounting from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he holds a J.D./M.B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles and is a Certified Management Accountant. Mr. Schwartz is a current trustee of the Benjamin Wills III Foundation, and a past director of the US-ASEAN Business Council.
