Íøºì³Ô¹Ï

Dr. Marantz received her PhD in clinical social work with a specialty in psychotherapy from New York University. She was awarded her master's degree in social work from Columbia University and her undergraduate degree with a major in psychology from New York University.

Prior to joining Íøºì³Ô¹Ï (former Westmed Medical Group), Dr. Marantz worked for Beth Israel Medical Center outpatient psychiatry, specializing in individual, couples, family and group treatment. Dr. Marantz treated patients in a wide range of diagnoses, including complex trauma, psychosis, depression, anxiety and substance abuse.

Dr. Marantz was an adjunct professor at New York University and Sarah Lawrence College, teaching courses in psychopathology, supervision and administration as well as ethnocultural issues in psychotherapy.

In addition to English, she speaks fluent Spanish and Yiddish.
