Stephenie Shapoff, CPNP, is a member of ����Թ�’s Pediatrics team. She has always found joy in caring for others, which led her to a career in nursing. Working with children in the ICU, she was amazed by their resilience and knew that pediatrics was her calling. She firmly believes that a healthy childhood can lead to a lifetime of healthy habits.

Stephenie provides care for children from birth until young adulthood. She can be seen for both preventative visits and sick visits. She places a great value on prevention and education in healthcare. She strives to establish a positive, trusting relationship with the child and their caregivers, considering not only the child's physical health, but also their developmental and emotional well-being.

“It is important to me that the parents and the child feel listened to during the visit. I believe that it is important for children to be active participants in their healthcare,” she says. Stephenie enjoys getting to know the children and families she cares for. She finds joy in watching the children grow over the years and sharing in their life milestones.

When not caring for her patients, Stephenie enjoys skiing, tennis, Pilates, cooking, and reading. She also values spending time with her family and is a mom to two active boys. Health equity for children is a topic that she is deeply passionate about, and she has experience in caring for children in the foster care system and providing trauma-informed care.
