Kevin Cannavina, DO, is a dedicated provider in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Cannavina chose medicine because he values building personal connections and wanted a career where his work directly impacts people’s lives. He enjoys breaking down complex problems to understand the system at its core, and medicine gives him the chance to do that every day.

Dr. Cannavina's expertise spans the full range of obstetrics and gynecology. He cares for patients throughout pregnancy, including both routine and more complex cases. He also manages the full spectrum of gynecologic concerns. Depending on each patient’s needs, he can provide medical management, minimally invasive procedures, or surgical treatment.

Dr. Cannavina believes in building strong, trusting relationships with his patients so they feel comfortable turning to him for guidance. “I want each patient to know they’ve been heard, and to leave every visit feeling informed and reassured,” he says. He sees his role as both an educator and a problem-solver.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Cannavina enjoys spending time with his family. He likes working outdoors on his yard and tackling DIY projects around the house. He also enjoys music and going to live shows when he can, and he’s a lifelong fan of the New York Jets. He is passionate about supporting patient autonomy and advancing causes that promote respect and quality in health care.
