Mildred Rios, AuD, is a member of the ����Թ� Audiology team. Her passion for audiology allows her to blend healthcare, technology, and personal connection every day. She is fascinated by the science behind hearing and is dedicated to helping people regain not just their hearing, but also their confidence and connection to the world around them.

Dr. Rios specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing and balance disorders. She works with patients of all ages, from infants who need early hearing screenings to older adults experiencing age-related hearing loss. She provides comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and management, and patient-centered counseling to support communication strategies and hearing health.

Her approach to patient care is centered on compassion, education, and collaboration. “I believe every patient deserves to be heard and fully understood—not just in terms of their hearing, but as a whole person with unique needs and goals,” says Dr. Rios. She strives to build lasting relationships based on trust, respect, and individualized care.

Outside of audiology, Dr. Rios enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and staying active. Whether it’s hiking, biking, or just taking a walk, she loves anything that gets her moving and into nature. She also enjoys reading, trying out new recipes, and exploring local restaurants and coffee shops. Staying balanced and connected outside of work helps her bring fresh energy and focus to the care she provides.
