Shayna Chevinsky, MS PA-C, is a member of ����Թ�'s Spine Surgery team. She is driven by an understanding of people - not just biologically, but also culturally and socially. Her background in anthropology, combined with her medical expertise, allows her to provide hands-on care that is both scientific and deeply human.

With around a decade of experience, Ms. Chevinsky specializes in the evaluation, treatment, and perioperative management of patients with spinal conditions. She treats a range of conditions, from degenerative spine diseases and herniated discs to traumatic injuries and spinal deformities. “My goal is to deliver care that is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to each patient's unique needs,” she says.

During a patient visit, what's most important to Ms. Chevinsky is ensuring the patient feels heard, respected, and fully informed. She takes the time to explain their condition, treatment options, and next steps in a clear and accessible way. “I strive to empower my patients with knowledge and support so they can actively participate in their healing process,” she says.

When not treating patients, Ms. Chevinsky enjoys spending quality time with her family. It's a big part of how she recharges and stays grounded. Whether it's a quiet weekend at home or a family outing, she values the moments that bring balance and joy to her life outside of the clinical setting.
