Sujatha Raman, MD, specializes in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. As a child, she admired her pediatrician and knew she wanted to become a doctor. Dr. Raman enjoys creating long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

In her practice, Dr. Raman treats children of all ages, from newborns to adolescents. She enjoys discussing newborn care with parents and helping adolescents manage the transition period to adulthood. "I believe in partnering with patients and families to ensure they receive any treatments and services they need," she says.

During a visit with one of her patients, Dr. Raman prioritizes listening to patients and families. She makes sure that all of their concerns and questions are addressed. "It is rewarding to help shape a child’s formative years and watch them grow up," she says. "I enjoy helping families navigate the healthcare system and being a trusted resource for them!"

Outside of work, Dr. Raman enjoys playing tennis, reading, and spending time with her family. She is passionate about educating patients about easy ways to implement a healthy lifestyle. She also believes it is very important to discuss mental health with her adolescent patients and ensure treatment is more accessible for them.
