Ealeen Bido, PharmD, BCPS, is a member of Íøºì³Ô¹Ï's Clinical Pharmacy team. From a young age, she had a drive to help people. Choosing a career in healthcare allowed her to work with vulnerable populations to achieve better health outcomes.

Dr. Bido specializes in pharmacotherapy. She diligently works with patients to develop a well-rounded therapeutic plan. She believes in building relationships with patients, so they feel empowered to take an active role in their healthcare decisions.

The most important part of her work, according to Dr. Bido, is open and honest discussions with her patients. She explains, "These conversations serve as stepping-stones to overcoming barriers to healthcare and seeing the direct positive impact on my patients' lives."

When she's not engaged in advancing her patient's health, Dr. Bido loves hiking, traveling, and exploring local restaurants and cafes. She strongly believes in the power of anticoagulation, population health, and cost-effectiveness of medications. These causes and pushing for their progress fuel her both in and out of her workplace.
