Dr. Mubashir Shabil Billah is a distinguished urologist, researcher, and educator renowned for his expertise in advanced robotic surgery and complex urologic conditions. He is a leader in the field of single-port robotic surgery, with pioneering contributions that have earned him recognition throughout the medical community.

His journey with this technology began at its inception. As Chief Resident when the Single-Port (SP) robotic system first received FDA approval, Dr. Billah was at the forefront of its clinical integration. He worked closely with pioneering surgeon Dr. Mutahar Ahmed, contributing to the growth and progression of SP techniques from their earliest stages. This foundational experience has established him as an advanced, high-volume single-port robotic surgeon today, sought after for his skill and expertise.

Dr. Billah holds multiple leadership positions, serving as an Attending Urologist and Assistant Professor at Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC). He is also the Assistant Program Director for the prestigious Robotic Oncology Urological Fellowship, a joint program with New Jersey Urology-Íøºì³Ô¹Ï and HUMC. His clinical expertise is extensive, covering men's health, urologic oncology, andrology, and complex reconstructive urology.

His medical journey began at the State University of New York's Downstate College of Medicine, where he graduated with distinction in research. He then completed his urology residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. A prolific researcher, Dr. Billah’s work is published in leading peer-reviewed journals and has been presented at prestigious conferences worldwide. His innovative research extends to the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in urology, placing him at the forefront of medical technology.
