Kateryna Fried, MD, is a member of Íøºì³Ô¹Ï’s Family Medicine team. Inspired by the doctors in her family, Dr. Fried knew from an early age that medicine was her calling. She loves the fact that being a doctor allows her to positively impact people's lives every day.

Dr. Fried provides comprehensive care to patients aged 12 and older. She specializes in preventive care and the management of a wide range of conditions. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure," she says. Her goal is to create a compassionate and welcoming environment where each patient feels heard and valued. She believes in empowering patients to be active partners in their health journey.

During a patient visit, Dr. Fried focuses on building a trusting connection. She wants each person to feel comfortable and cared for while addressing their unique health concerns. "I deeply respect the trust my patients place in me, and I genuinely enjoy making a positive impact in their lives," she says.

Outside of work, Dr. Fried cherishes spending time with her family and friends. She has a passion for cooking and exploring diverse cuisines. She also enjoys yoga and staying active through various sports. These activities help her maintain balance and wellness in her life. She is especially passionate about lifestyle medicine and mental health, as she believes they are essential for fostering a healthy and fulfilling life.
