About Smruti Parikh, MD
Smruti Parikh, MD, specializes in seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, asthma, food allergies, drug allergies, insect bite hypersensitivity, acute and chronic urticaria, eczema, and contact dermatitis.
Before joining Íøºì³Ô¹Ï, Dr. Parikh was an allergist with ENT and Allergy Associates in Parsippany and Somerville, New Jersey. She has practiced with Allergy and Immunology of Teaneck and River Edge, Allergy and Asthma Specialty Care, LLC, in Denville, and the Center for Asthma and Allergy in Highland Park, all located in New Jersey.
Dr. Parikh has been a volunteer at local hospitals and YMCA health fairs. She has participated in the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Nationwide Asthma Screening Program.
Dr. Parikh is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. She has delivered local and regional invited presentations on food allergies, allergic illnesses, allergies in adults, and reducing risk of anaphylaxis in people with food allergies.
When she is not working with her patients, Dr. Parikh enjoys spending time with her family as well as reading, cooking, and traveling.
