Stephanie Casper is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and Registered Dietician (RDN) specializing in diabetes care including Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes. Ms. Casper works with physicians on the Endocrinology Team and our Internal Medicine team to help patients better understand and manage their medications, learn how to use and adjust diabetes technology including CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring), and insulin pumps and better manage diet and other lifestyle modifications.

Ms. Casper believes in meeting patients where they are. She teaches patients that there is no one-size-fits-all answer to diabetes care and works to find a plan that will work for each individual and their life situation. 

“It is important that I really listen to a patient and understand their needs and challenges and then help them develop the best solutions possible,” said Ms. Casper. She enjoys helping patients to understand better why their healthcare team is making certain recommendations and how they can work best with their doctor to reach their goals.

Outside of work, Ms. Casper enjoys cooking, playing tennis, hiking, and skiing.
